1. Reservation & Deposits

• Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Parties of ten or more are required to pay a deposit of $30 per person (e.g., for 10 guests, the deposit will be $300).

2. Guest Count & Service

• It is the responsibility of the depositor to maintain an accurate guest count. This ensures proper service.

• If your party size decreases, a portion or all of the deposit will be forfeited.

• If your party size increases beyond the original reservation/deposit amount, additional guests will be placed at the next available table, subject to the current wait time. This helps us staff your party for the best possible service.

3. Behavior & Conduct

• No yelling or foul language is permitted in the restaurant.

  • First offense: Warning will be issued.

  • Second offense: The bill will be issued, and your entire party will be ejected from the restaurant.

4. Grace Period

• Warehouse No. 1 allows a 15-minute grace period after your reservation time. After that, the table will be broken down and allocated to the next waiting party.

5. Time Limit & Room Rentals

• The deposit made to hold your table is an agreement to follow all terms and conditions.

• A 2.5-hour time limit will be enforced from the time of your reservation.

• If you and your guests require more time or space, room rental options are available, subject to availability at the time of reservation.

6. Decorating the Table

• Access to the table for decorating is allowed no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.

7. Decoration Guidelines

• Stand-alone decorations are not allowed, including balloons, archways, easels, sparkling candles, confetti, glitter, or any other decoration deemed inappropriate by management.

• Allowed decorations include tasteful flowers, small table centerpieces, and other minor decor items.

• Prior approval is required for any decoration not listed above.

8. Outside Food & Beverages

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, including beer, liquor, and mixed cocktails.

• We do allow sealed wine with a corkage fee of $20 per bottle.

9. External Desserts

• External desserts (e.g., cakes) are allowed with a $20 cakeage fee.

10. Dress Code

• Warehouse No. 1 enforces a strict dress code, which includes, but is not limited to:

  • No revealing clothing.

  • Pants must be worn at the waist.

11. Refunds

• Deposits will be refunded on the following business day after the reservation.
